Road freight transport company SC TAUROS SRL is hiring a FLEET SUPERVISOR Responsibilities: Updates the documents of the vehicles in the fleet (periodic technical inspection, road tax vignette, RCA insurance, tachograph and speed limiter certificates, transport license), as well as the documents of the drivers (medical certificate, psychological evaluation, professional certificates, etc.) and the company’s documents (transport license, certified copy, criminal record file). Checks the validity of fire extinguishers on company premises and in the trucks, keeps records of first‑aid kits, ADR kits, and semi‑trailer equipment (strap boxes, tools, chains, etc.). Monitors the proper functioning of road toll devices. Performs regular downloading and archiving of tachograph data. Manages, coordinates, oversees, and ensures the proper operation of the vehicle fleet. Hands over and receives vehicles from drivers based on a handover‑receipt report. Checks that vehicles used for national and international freight transport are equipped with approved, installed, and sealed tachographs according to technical regulations, and ensures they operate throughout the entire trip. Keeps records of the technical condition of the fleet vehicles. Registers repair invoices and spare parts and issues consumption notes. Collaborates with employees from the Town Hall, ARR, CNADR, RAR, and the Police. Requirements: PC operating skills, category B driving license.
